Outside cloth covers are very nice with very minor corner wear. This letter has some darkening and chipping to the top edge of the letter. Book comes with the 'Dear Young Reader' letter from the author included at times to members of the 'Young Readers of America' club. Very small minor top corner wear on some early pages. There are two names written at the top of the first end page and it appears that a name plate was on that page at one time, as you can see small glue remnants on that page and the next two pages- this is very minor. Hardback Cloth Book with Dust Jacket is in Very Good to Very Good Plus condition with a tight binding and mostly clean crisp pages.
